The policies set below are enforced on all properties owned or operated by First Choice Properties & Management, Inc..
A deposit to include 50% of the room nights & taxes, plus the total Reservation/Booking Fee, is required at the time of booking by Visa or MasterCard. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival, the total amount is due, in full, at the time of booking. Optional Travel Insurance is available and can be purchased up to or upon final payment.
In the event of a cancellation, a refund of the monies paid, less 10% of the total lodging expense will be made if First Choice Properties is notified more than 60 days prior to arrival. Should notification be made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid will be subject to forfeiture unless the property is re-rented for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made less the cancellation charge of 10% of the total lodging expense. All Reservation/Booking Fees are non-refundable. FAILURE to pay balances on the stated due date will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, subject to the cancellation policies.
